George back on the sticks.
"BLINK"
Last Wednesday my dear friend, George Born and I enjoyed a beautiful winter day fly fishing on the White River just above Sylamore Creek. Fast forward to early the next morning on the same stretch of highway. “Blink” and three deer appear, vehicle and jet boat destroyed and George has two six-inch metal rods and eight screws in his neck as well as several fractures in his lower back. He is a multi-tour, wounded and decorated combat veteran and they do not come any tougher than George Born. To be sure, he will be fly fishing again later this year. Be like George, cherish your family and friends and enjoy every single day because it can all change in a “blink!”
