It is always good to get back on your home waters especially when the absence was the result of some difficult times for our family. Regardless, all is well as we prepare for the Christmas holiday season and the beginning of the new year
This little Brownie is just a preview of the upcoming steamer season. The spawn is winding down on the Little Red River and the Brown Trout are taking much-needed rest, but they will be getting hungry soon and if we can continue getting much-needed rain we should see some great streamer fishing this winter. It can be the best time of year to hunt big fish! Hope to see you on the river soon.
