We crossed the mountains out of Coyhaique, Chile and dropped into the Valley of the Moon to the sight of the widest and perhaps most beautiful rainbow that I have ever seen. This valley is stunningly beautiful and and you actually have a mystical feeling while you are there watching a Condor soar overhead. We fished Filco Creek, the Rio Nirehuao and Mimi's Spring Creek and although we did not find a pot of gold we did catch a pot full of wonderful Rainbow Trout on hoppers.  www.emptycreelflyfishing.comRandall W.
