During our Montana trip about the only clear water we found was on the upper Bitterroot River. Fishing in the morning was a little slow but after an amazing shore lunch the afternoon Salmon Fly hatch produced some really nice fish. Big dry flies on heavy tippet makes for a lot of fun!
